Using Osaka prefecture as a working canvas, artists are asked to submit project ideas.
Of these, ten will be chosen to be exhibited in public. Any type of art project will be considered: not only painting, but sculpture, performance art, events, special projects, and workshops, too.
To create and discover new potential and fascination of Osaka by allowing artists to use Osaka prefecture as their exhibition space.

絵画（ペインティング）だけでなく、彫刻やオブジェ、パフォーマンス、イベント、プロジェクト、ワークショップなど、
あらゆる分野のアート作品を対象とします。
